- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪After several years of doing business, Ohio Mutual Insurance Company decided to raise the deductible on my homeowners insurance policy wind/hail damage coverage from 500.00 to 2500.00. They claim they notified me by mail. What they did was burry it with a bunch of paperwork so no one would notice until it was to late. With that much of a deductible change I would expect at least my rate to go down. No such luck. In fact, it went up. At least my agent, Kronk & Scaggs Insurance Agency, could have given me a heads up phone call. But unfortunately for me that didn't happen. Needless to say, Kronk and Scaggs Insurance is no longer my insurance agent.December 03, 2016by David Ducsay
